There was a need to develop their Leaders’ coaching skills, aligned to their internal framework due to significant variability that existed in the organisation across teams in the US and globally.
KAI was tuned to the internal coaching framework and used to analyse manager’s coaching conversations. Feedback on individual coaching performance was given, a coaching session was held followed by further analysis with KAI.
